. We hired them via recommendation from our real estate agent, and after a five minute call, we had an inspection booked for five days later. Scott made his inspection scope very clear, and did an excellent job detailing his areas of concern. His expertise in the area of older homes was obvious, and we felt that he had covered everything that could benefit us to know for many years down the line. The report was easy to read and follow, and will make a great to-do list as we prepare to move in. Would strongly recommend working with Shamrock!
The team at Shamrock was awesome! I used them when I bought my current house and nothing that wasn’t on the inspection report has popped up in the 7 years I’ve owned the house. They were thorough and did a great job at explaining everything. We used them again on our new home purchase and appreciated the quick response times, professionalism, and ability to communicate potential housing issues in an easy to understand way.
I have had Tom inspect 2 commercial properties as well as the house I currently live in. Scheduling and paperwork is really easy. While onsite Tom is really good at explaining what is good about the building and where the potential problems may be. The inspection report is absolutely top notch – very organized, thorough and easy to understand. All this for a very reasonable price.
