Once appointment is set, they are usually early to start inspection, very through, good about explaining the highlights to homeowner & then gets the report back quickly. Great company!

Sharp Shooter provides a professional, timely, quality inspection (home, termite, well & septic are all services they have provided for mutual clients). They address concerns in an understandable way, so that issues can be addressed most effectively for safety and concerns. I recommend them for thoroughness, presentation of the facts, accuracy, and availability to answer questions even after the purchase. Great Company!!

My wife and I are both Realtors and have used Rick McCracken and Sharpshooter for home, septic and water well inspections. He is great to work with and is wonderful at explaining what he finds to us and our buyers. His reports are clear and concise and easy to follow. We definitely recommend Rick for your inspection needs.
