Honest. We asked about some specific test and they offered their services but then informed us that the state of Indiana provides their own inexpensive test that I can access.
Buying a new home can be really stressful. It’s important that you get good advice and feedback. Matt came and did our inspection, and was incredibly helpful. He talked us through everything, was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of owning a home, and helped us make some really important decisions.
