Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He went through the house slowly and pointed out what was good and what needed to be fixed. When something needed to be fixed he explained whether it needed immediate or eventual attention. He graciously let me follow him around the house and ask lots of questions. It was a great way to learn about a potential home. I’d recommend Steve Sherman and Sherman Inspection.

I was sure to confirm with him and send a reminder again the day before with all our details. We were half-an-hour early and he was already there. He was AWESOME. I really felt he was completely invested in his time with us. He asked about our concerns, was super thorough going through the house, and extremely receptive to my questions about future projects. All of his explanations, (both in regards to the present and future), were clear and detailed. He really engaged with us. Also, I think he gave us great tips on home ownership, (we’re 1st time buyers), and got us back on track with where we should be focusing, versus what were non-issues we’d exaggerated in our minds. We feel so much more confident in our home purchase based upon his inspection, and home ownership in general! Schedule earlier in your window to allow some wiggle room, be sure to confirm and I’m sure you’ll also have a tremendous experience

Had our home inspection today. If you are buying a house I HIGHLY recommend using Sherman inspection. Took the time to explain everything he was doing and noticed and provided a great detailed report. Easily worth twice what he charges.
