This is the second time we used Curt for our inspection and both times he was very professional and very thorough.

I am a real estate professional myself and I utilized Curt at Shipshape Home Inspections for the inspection on my personal home purchase. Curt was very quick to respond to my requests from day 1. He responded to my price quote request within minutes of sending it off to him – (This was easily at least 8 or 9 pm at night) and his prices were very competitive. The day of my appointment he arrived on time and knew I was finishing up a conference call and began the inspection on the exterior of the home being sure not to disrupt my call. Curt was extremely professional and came prepared to do the inspection. He was very thorough and made it a point to point out any deficiencies he found as he saw them and explained things to me at a level that was easy for me to understand. He completed the inspection and delivered the reports to me same day. Curt is a true professional with experience and knowledge that left me feeling confident in his work.
