Buying a home is the single largest purchase most people make in their lifetimes. It is important to have a thorough inspection performed by a competent, Licensed Home Inspector. My 30 plus years of residential and commercial construction and real estate lay the foundation for all my inspection.

I am a Lic Home Inspector, Construction Supervisor, Real Estate Salesperson and Vocational Carpentry Teacher. My lifelong employment history is focused around building construction. With this background I perform each inspection as if I were buying the property. Buyers are often star struck by the beautiful kitchen or living areas of the home and put little though into the condition of the structure and systems of the home.

They were great. There was a two man team, that was there before I was. They made sure I was aware of ANY issue and made sure I understood everything and how it could be fixed. They answered any questions I had and were honest. They made sure I felt confident about what they had discussed and were very thorough. Would totally recommend to anyone!
