Jack at Showalter Property Consultants completed a very thorough pool inspection for us. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Jack explained his findings (both positive and negative) in a manner that was easy to understand. He provided us with his personal contact info and has responded timely to to all of our many questions in the weeks following the actual inspection.

Steve of Showalter Property Consultants is the best in the industry. He is the most knowledgeable home inspector I have done business with. He provides the customer/s with a very thorough report and explains the issues very clearly. As a young Realtor, I work with many first time home buyers. Steve does a great job educating each of my clients to make them aware of areas of concerns and areas to improve for preventive maintenance. Steve also understands time is of the essence, for booking the inspections are very easy and confirmed quickly. The report is sent out in a timely manner and Steve is always willing to make himself available to answer any and all questions you have. His customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Steve for your next home inspection.

The assessment was incredibly detailed and professional (and informative for a first time home buyer!). We came away with solid understanding of the most pressing things our future home needed and felt comfortable asking questions along the way. It was clear that he had our best interest in mind throughout the process.
