We are moving into a new home in Boone’s Trace and have been blessed with a wonderful contractor/builder, Adam Keys. We have a lovely home that he took great pride in building. With that said, it was recommended to us by several people that we pay for a home inspection prior to closing. We sought a recommendation as to who to get for an inspection and were told “there is only one person you want: Austin Grant.” That was great advice. Austin was thorough, professional, patient, and prepared. He communicated with us several times prior to our scheduled appointment, arrived early, spent nearly three hours, and had the final report to us in a most timely manner. His expertise is greatly appreciated. He complimented the quality of our home while identifying items we would not have been aware of for our final punch list. Everyone should be so fortunate to have a builder and/or an inspector of such high quality as these professionals.

Most reasonable quote I received, for the same amount of work and detail that others wanted to charge double for. Austin was very detailed and thorough in his inspection and report. Walked us through, in person, every major thing he thought we should have checked out. We 100% recommend him for all your home inspection needs! My husband and I will definitely use him again!
