THIS COMPANY IS “REAL” BAD NEWS!!! Signature Home inspection did not catch a leak underneath the kitchen sink, His excuse was.. “We are not allowed to remove the owners items!” Due to the leak, black mold had been growing! He SHOULD have asked the owners to remove the items…they were there while the inspection was being done! I would not have bought the condo if I had known this ahead!! My son-in law found the leak right away! Now I’m STUCK with “costly” renovation!!

Ron is very competent and professional. His knowledge and experience in the home inspector industry was very comforting. I needed to have things explained to me very simply, and Ron made that happen.
