He was a few minutes early to the property and had asked us to do a quick walk around to see if we had any questions. Larry then did a very thorough inspection of the property, basement, main house, the rental above the garage and the crawlspace. Larry took about 2.5 hours to complete his inspection and filled us in on any potential repairs that he came across. I would highly recommend Larry for the quality of work he preformed and the value of the package that he offered. We received the full report a few hours later, 10/10 would use again. Thanks Larry!
