I am a Realtor® in Long Beach and the normal vendors we utilize didn’t service the area I was in, Lake Elsinore. It turned out that we were both veterans and any time I can support a veteran owned business I see it as a plus! I opened escrow on Monday and wanted an inspector at the property as quickly as possible. Other vendors were giving me a Thursday date and we had rain forecasted for the area. Dave informed me that he could be there next day which was perfect!
Great service! I’m very pleased. I made an offer on my first home and David came out to inspect. He spotted a problem and I was able to negotiate a better price on my purchase. David was knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. They’re also well priced. I recommend and I will use them again.
