We had an excellent experience hiring Sitehound Home Inspection to conduct our home inspection. Steve was patient, punctual, and professional. He gave recommendations for fixes as he conducted the inspection and handled every question with confidence. The final report Steve provided had relevant, annotated photos and multiple detailed recommendations for each problem he identified. We would happily hire Steve again for our next move.
I rate people’s attitude with the biology pH scale. A balanced pH for humans is 7.40; not too acidic, and not too alkaline, but balanced. Steve is nicely balanced in his approach, fair, patient, and with integrity. This is my second time using his service, and he’s trustworthy. He takes whatever time is needed to do as thorough of a job as possible with the time allotted him. He encourages you to point out to him items that you may see, so nothing’s missed. It’s so hard to find people like this these days.
Very comprehensive inspection and a great report with clear pictures and comments about the condition of everything in the house. I highly recommend Steve/Sitehound!
