First let me say I chose S & K randomly from a list I was given by the realtor. January 8, 2021 8:25 am

I checked reviews and web pages, and S & K looked like a Family owned and very responsible company, So I called them first. I believe I spoke with the wife, and she was really easy going and a pleasure to work with. This is December 2020, and the real estate market is going nuts right now in Vermont. Regardless, I got an appointment within a few days of my call, which was incredible in itself. The inspection was at 11am, and I got the report immediately afterwards! The report is professional, comprehensive and easy to read. On top of all this they were very reasonably priced. This isn’t my first home purchase rodeo, so I have dealt with many inspectors throughout the years. I would highly recommend S & K.

Great experience working with S&K Services for my home, septic and water inspection. Scheduling anything around the holidays can be a challenge, but everyone I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. I’ve had a home inspection done before(in Connecticut), so I knew what to expect. That being said, all the detail that goes into S&K’s Inspection Report seemed to go above and beyond what I got in the past. Overall I’m very happy working with S&K.
