Super personable and didn’t even blink when I showed up for my inspection on my new home with 3 kids. He gave me honest feedback and made it personal (“if it were me buying this home….”). Awesome experience!
Not only did he miss a lot issues on our home inspection (both big and small) like a leaking skylight, a gas pipe that wasn’t capped off and could have killed us … but now that we’ve called him out on it, he won’t even talk to us anymore. He won’t do anything to help us, or even refund the “inspection” he did for us. We’re just stuck fixing all the issues on our own. My suggestion is to find someone else with more experience. ☹️
Kris is phenomenal at his job and backs it up with a professional approach. Highly recommend to new home buyers or anyone unfamiliar with home inspections.
