Steve was great! We had to coordinate the Inspection with our realtor since we are moving from out of state and couldn’t be there. Steve was VERY thorough. He called me that evening to go over what he found and answer any questions we may have. He even offered suggestions for part of our yard that doesn’t see light so it’s muddy there all the time. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and professionalism. He took the worry out of not being able to be there ourselves! Highly recommend!
