Dan was amazing. He was extremely thorough and even called us the next day to go over the report line by line. The platform used to view the report was user friendly and helpful in determining which items were important to ask for, and it including DIY links for the minor items.

He took his time and thoroughly inspected our home. He told us that he inspects every home like it is his own. His final report reflected that. We feel confident with his report.
