Smart Home Inspects is awesome. They provide a comprehensive report which is easy to understand. They were also quick to schedule the appointment and punctual on the day of the appointment…they also provided a reminder on the day of the appointment and they provided a message when the inspector was on his way. Professionalism at its best.

We used Smart Home Inspects 3 times for a reason. Overall, they are a great company and easy to work with. So far we’ve used them for all radon testing at current house and my mother-n-law’s house. Daisy and Emerson are great. They are responsive, timely, clear in answering our questions and concerns. Lastly, their reports are comprehensive. Their services come highly recommended. We plan to use Smart Home Inspects again in the near future for our new home build.
