I am extremely happy with the Home inspection done by Smart Move Home Inspection services. The amount of detail provided was perfect (meaning there was plenty of it) and there were very real recommendations that we were able to push the sellers (a builder) to fix. I would not hesitate to use them again, and plan on doing a radon check at some point shortly after closing just based on my experience in the inspection.
As first time home buyers, having our home inspected was a big deal. Our inspector walked us through the process with ease. The advice he gave us was invaluable. We know what to keep an eye on, what work needs to be prioritized, and what is less concerning. He also provided recommendations for plumbers, roofers, etc., which is so incredibly helpful. The best part of our inspection was Nick’s friendly attitude. While the inspection took a few hours, the company was pleasant! We could wander through the home and ask questions comfortably. Because of Nick’s knowledge and patience, we feel ready to own this home. Smart Move is a company I will insist friends work with.
