We had a unique situation where the home we were buying already had an inspection done because the first buyers financing fell through. We had the option to use the current inspection report or hire our own. Our realtor recommended Josh and I am so glad he did! My husband and I were really pleased with the report and he walked us through everything he found. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he warranty’s his work. We would definitely use him again in the future if he is still doing inspections when we purchase our next home!
