I will inspect from a ladder or a drone, the eaves or roof, the roof-covering materials, the gutters and downspouts, vents, flashing, skylights, chimney, and other roof penetrations. The general structure of the roof from the readily accessible panels, doors, or stairs. I shall describe the type of roof-covering materials and I shall report as in need of correction observed indications of active roof leaks.
If it is safe to do so, I will access the roof for an inspection to physically check it’s condition.

Don’t let the calm demeanor fool you, he is sharp and doesn’t miss a beat. He did his best to accommodate our schedules (twice), and was able to recommend an equally professional septic inspection. I am quick to point out details and Marcus was patient and professional, listening to all concerns and explaining how they fit into the bigger picture of the property. Insignificant drip I pointed out? It ended up on the report, along with his assessment of its (in)significance.
