Jeff answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable about his profession. Idk if these other reviewers have the right guy or not because his inpsection took 2 hours, he seemed very thorough.

Do NOT use! We received a written report that was incomplete, wrong details and so late it would have been unusable if it was accurate. Since we were fending off other offers this almost cost us the house & it definitely cost us a lot of money due to lost leverage. Years ago we had Jeff inspect another house purchase and he was great. Unfortunately, something has changed.

I can’t give this guy a low enough star. Everything he does is not correct or he doesn’t do it. He does things last possible minute and is an absolute wreck. Don’t let him fool you in the beginning because when you need him, he won’t be there for you. I can go on and on with issues. Long story short if anyone reads this review PLEASE take my advice and go elsewhere.
