Dave is super nice, sincere, and ohnest when it comes to the overall inspection. I had a very educational and professional experience with him as he takes time to thoroughly explain everything he notices.
As a prior home inspector myself, I needed someone to inspect my home for a pre-inspection listing and Dave was the guy. He takes pride in his work and helps the buyers get to know the home they are buying / selling and informing them if the real items that need attention. In my case, it was items I needed to address prior to listing my home for sale. He answers questions and provides guidance / suggestions so your sale/purchase can go as smooth as possible.
After inspection, he walked us through the house detailing what he found. He then provided a comprehensive report on a short deadline. What more could you ask for? Sound Choice came to me highly recommended, and I in turn will fully recommend Sound Choice to anyone looking for home inspection services.
