Adam missed several things when inspecting my mother’s house now she is stuck with several problems she is having to pay for. Rotten wood on the front of the house that had been painted over, rotten trim, two messed up screens, rotten base boards in one of the bedrooms and a few other things. The worst one is the corner bead coming off in the living room. When he met my mother after she closed on the house and a painter pointed all this out he said oh I saw all this but didn’t put it in my report. So now my mom has closed on the house and all these problems are hers. When I texted him to get her money back he apologized. He should be paying for all this to be fixed since he didn’t put any of it in his report. Do NOT use Adam.
