Daniel Humphrey inspected our home for a potential buyer. He reported damage from fire in attic and the potential buyer reduced his offer by $22,500. We had it inspected and. Found out it was Not damaged but simply discolored and damaged section had been replaced. When my husband called Daniel to get his insurance information, he refused to give him Any information and he hung up. We have learned from this to ask for insurance before an inspection so WE are not liable in case of any injuries.

How do I receive service this great and not tell the world? The level of professionalism, the thoroughness of the inspection/report, the timeliness is completion, and the reasonable price all brought me to the conclusion that SOWEGA Home Inspections is the top of the line!
