Speer Home Inspectors
Choosing the right inspector could mean the difference between finding hundreds or thousands of dollars in problems — or not finding them at all. What should you look for? What types of skills or credentials are required? The inspector’s skill and credentials are extremely important. A knowledgeable contractor with years of experience does not mean that he will be thorough in all areas of the home. The training or experience of an inspector is very important, but it still does NOT guarantee a thorough inspection. The inspector’s ability to find defects is the most important criteria.
Bill, was recommended to us from a close friend who have used him before for their house and he was nothing short of great! We went over everything and answered all of our questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend to anyone else who needs a home inspection.

Bill is amazing. Bill is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He showed up early for our inspection and took the time to explain everything (as we are first time homebuyers) from maintenance to hazards to even breaking down radon testing. His report was quick, detailed, and comprehensive. He is also very knowledgeable in what services one might need based on their home. We were very satisfied with the inspection provided by Speer Home Inspection and highly recommend .
