Had a routine to thoroughly check everything in the house and document deficiencies with photographs and produce a well organized report of his findings. This allowed his findings to be easily conveyed to the seller and remedial actions to be agreed upon.
Great home inspector, very reliable- I would definitely recommend him. He walked me through every step of the inspection and spent a great deal of time completing a thorough inspection. He put my mind at ease, and explained everything to me with tons of documentation and pictures. Very timely as well- had the report to me within hours and when the gas wasn’t available for inspection he scheduled another time to come out asap. Went out of his way to discuss maintenance tips, and offer his thoughts on something things I had in mind.
