The first home we looked at, all the way out in Scottsboro, we actually had to walk away from because of the report he provided that outlined a laundry list of repair and maintenance tasks that would have been a long-term financial drain. The next house we found was smaller but quite nice, and after Andy’s inspection we feel so much more comfortable with our offer, knowing that there are no major deficiencies. He provided professional work, was very communicative and personable, and his reports are in plain English and outline any detail you could imagine to include. My wife attended the inspection for the first house herself and both my wife and I were there for the second house’s inspection which he made an informative and enjoyable experience. I’m happy to say I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector in the Huntsville area.
He has done multiple inspections for homes I am in escrow in. Super timely and professional and sends a detailed report with photos outlining any findings he found while inspecting the home. 5 stars all around for above and beyond service!
