SPUR home inspection was thorough, professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Warren to anyone looking to buy a new home. You can feel confident in your pirchase after he gives it the SPUR treatment.

Warren at Spur Home Inspection really took care of us! He was fast, courteous, and that inspection report was absolutely amazing. Admittedly, I don’t have a lot of experience with inspection reports, but this was very thorough, with pictures, everything labeled, even with arrows drawn on the pictures pointing out specific things that might have otherwise been hard to see, and numbered lists that made everything clear, even on what might be a 10 page report. It really blew me away how detailed it was and how easy it made it in negotiations with the seller, and how detailed I was able to be, since I’m out of state, and can’t easily get there to handle this stuff. Warren certainly does a great job and I highly recommend him if you have any home inspection needs.

We have used him twice so far during our real estate search and I would say he’s got to be the best out there. His reports are very easy to understand and includes great quality pictures and explanations and were delivered within ONE DAY!!! Money Well Spent. Thank you for a Job Well Done Warren!
