I needed an inspection for a mobile home that I am buying. Matt was great. He was available on short notice thanks to another client who need to change the time of their scheduled appointment. Matt arrived on time and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed to know and was friendly and professional. The completed report was emailed to me the next day and I am now able to close on my new place with peace of mind and the knowledge that I needed to make an informed decision. Thank you Square One!!! I highly recommended this company.

We had a great experience with Square One Home Inspections! We needed someone to come out to do a walk through inspection with us on a house that was up for auction. It was built in 1895 and we really wanted to know what we were getting into with it prior to bidding. We didn’t have much notice prior to the showing. All of the inspection companies we called were already booked up or did it on the side and did not have time. Square One had a convenient chat on their website that immediately let us know they had an opening. There was a follow up call from Matt T. and we were able to get everything arranged. On the day of the showing he beat us to the house, was extremely professional and friendly. He walked through with my husband and I and pointed out all the potential issues, structural condition, and he even flew a drone up to check out the chimneys. We were very impressed by the scope of his work in the short time we were allowed at the property. We told him if we won the auction we would love to have him back for a full inspection. We ended up getting the house (yay!) and had Matt back (so easy to setup an appointment with him) for a full inspection on a very hot day. He was super thorough and got much more into detail on all the things we were curious about and want to fix before moving our family in. He also did water, radon, and mold tests. Results came back quickly. The full inspection report was also finished promptly and was very detailed with pictures of everything that required our attention. I highly recommend Square One Home Inspections. We loved working with Matt T. He is so knowledgeable & very easy to work with! Thank you! We feel more confident about the purchase of our forever home.

Recently had a home I was interested in buying inspected by Matt who was recommended to me by the realtor I’m working with and he was awesome. Went over everything as he looked and made sure I was understanding of what he was saying and the report I got back was really well detailed and he answered whatever questions the realtor or I had about what he saw. I got the full report on a timely manner. Would recommend and would go through the company again.
