Staci was incredibly thorough and I am so glad we found her! We received one of her pre-listing inspections when we were looking at houses and although we didn’t like the house, we loved the report! When we finally were in escrow on a duplex, we called Staci. She talked us through absolutely every detail of the houses and provided an extremely thorough report with tons of pictures that not only informed us as potential buyers, but also gave us a crash course in home maintenance. Her writing is very clear and instructive. I appreciate learning from her, in addition to having such credible documents in hand when talking to the seller about credits for repairs.
