Chris did a great job for my clients home purchase with easy communication. The home inspection report was thorough and the turnaround time was fast.
He was able to identify and explain any issues or assets our new home had. Being first time home buyers, Chris understood our knowledge level and helped set our mind at ease about certain parts of our home we were concerned about. The inspection took roughly 5.5 hours and we were emailed a full color PDF of our inspection report.
Chris was very thorough on the inspection he did as part of our escrow process, took the time to peel back the layers and look for the flaws that we over looked as non trained professionals. thorough report sent out same day as the inspection was done
