Hello! My name is Drew McKeown. I am a licensed home inspector in the state of Alaska as well as a Certified Professional Inspector with InterNACHI.

I am an honest guy with a love for good craftsmanship. I believe my best qualities as a home inspector are patience and attention to detail. These days when I am not inspecting homes I enjoy spending time in my wood shop designing and building additions to the homestead that my wife and I develop together.

Drew did a very thorough review of our home, inside and out. His reports were easy to understand and gave valuable information without being overwhelming. He took the time to answer all of our questions and even encouraged us to be present during the inspections. This gave us an opportunity to see everything first hand. Thank you for helping us understand our home! 5 stars all the way!

He was on time and did an excellent detailed home inspection. He is very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We actually had two home inspections from him. The first house inspection he found many problems including safety issues and he wrote a very well detailed report that was sent back to the seller who then corrected the issue. One major issue that was found in the house was a major leak in the crawl space. Seller hired a contractor but once he did the re inspection they only put a band aid on the problem but did not fix it. He prevented us from making a big mistake on buying a house with big future repairs. We found another house and hired him again as a home inspector. He then gave us another detailed home inspection report that included safety hazards and damages. Drew is truly amazing, knowledgeable, respectful and most importantly passionate about helping his customers.
