I was in need of an inspection on a house I am looking to purchase, and it seemed like a lot of other companies were booked up, or they never got back in touch with me after I attempted to contact them. Steady State had good reviews, so I contacted them, and James immediately was able to call me and discuss the entire inspection process with me over the phone and was able to answer all of my questions in detail. The day of the inspection, James actually arrived at the house before I even got there, and had already started inspecting the outside of the house. He was very thorough and detailed, and walked me through all of his findings, highlighting all of the areas of concern that he had found. He maintained great social distancing and professionalism while we’re all working through the stages of COVID-19. Within hours of completing the inspection, James had the entire 30+ page report sent to me.
