On the day of my inspection, it was cool out so the air conditioner wasn’t tested. I asked if she could return and inspect the AC and she did so within the next few days. Great inspection and I am a happy customer.

She spotted things I would have missed for my warranty deadline on my lovely new home. She is so friendly and takes the time to explain things to you, in addition to her thorough report with excellent photos. I was very glad to have a woman inspector who can appreciate the same things I do, in addition to her incredible technical knowledge!
