Norman Ellis has lived in the Atlanta Metro area since 1997. He moved from Florida where he worked in construction while getting his BS degree in Construction Management. His first introduction to construction was in 1983 as a plumber’s assistant until he deployed for four years of service in the Marine Corps. Afterwards he was able to attend college and obtain two degrees while developing a background in construction.
Through residential marketing, working on custom built homes, commercial construction and interior renovation, Norman’s background provides a varied yet thorough approach to understanding the components that make the home manageable and clients appreciate their investment.
I called Norman for my resale inspection after looking through some options and I highly recommend him. It was a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to help as much as possible.
We had Norman for our inspection and he was great. Extremely thorough! Took his time and explained everything and open to any questions! Very quick to get report back to us; less than 24 hours.
Norman was recommended to us by a contractor. Norman was very thorough inspecting a resale we were going to purchase. Norman spent about 4 hours on that house. There were issues that perhaps the sellers were unaware of. Because we passed on that house, we are hiring Norman for an inspection on a house we may be buying.
