I have purchased 3 homes in my life, one built from scratch. Over the years I have had basements finished, decks built, and “stuff replaced”. I have been blessed to have Steve available near and far to assist and guide. Quite honestly, there is no one I would trust more with inspection than Steve. He only knows one way – the right way. If you are looking for someone to tell you want you need to know (versus just telling you what you want to hear), he is the guy. You won’t regret it.

I used Stephen and Son Home Inspections to get my new build home inspected. Even though people think you may not need an inspection for a new build, you definitely do, and I’m glad they came out to do it! They caught several important issues that we are having addressed by the builder. We were not present for the inspection but they provided a very detailed report plus pictures and videos. Very responsive and professional – would highly recommend!
