Steve operated a successful part-time hardwood flooring business where he installed, sanded, and finished hardwood floors. In addition to his successful hardwood flooring business he also performed small construction projects like deck building and small additions to homes. This trade was learned from his father who was a contractor himself.

I used Stephen and Son Home Inspections to get my new build home inspected. Even though people think you may not need an inspection for a new build, you definitely do, and I’m glad they came out to do it! They caught several important issues that we are having addressed by the builder. We were not present for the inspection but they provided a very detailed report plus pictures and videos. Very responsive and professional – would highly recommend!
