If you’re considering any home inspector, consider no more because mr. Stephen is absolutely incredible. Some inspector only do the inspection and send you the report and then you never hear from them again, but she was extremely helpful even after the inspection. My Builder didn’t want to fix a certain item that mr. Stephen found on his inspection report, they cited that it was a old code. I immediately called Stephen, and not only did he verbally tell them that they were wrong, but he followed up at night with a citation of the code which required the Builder to fix the initial issue that they refused to fix. Basically what I’m saying is that he is someone that will go at the extra mile to make sure that your issue is resolved. I worked with him many times and I will always continue to work with him because of his high quality work and dedication to his customers.

Inspector was very thorough and went beyond what I feel most inspectors would have gone to tell me issues about my home. I feel very good about my inspection and would recommend using Stephen Wisneski & Associates.

The employee did a fantastic work at pointing things out and giving us ideas how it could be fixed. There are a few companies out there who are as good as Stephen Wisneski & Associates!
