Stocks Home Inspection

I had my inspection done on 7/15 and by that evening I had an extremely thorough report emailed to me. It included highlighted pictures and a video. My inspector Darrul answered all questions as he was going thru the home. And as a bonus, I got another email today that was easy to format and send to the homeowner explaining my concerns. Stocks Home inspection report deserved every penny on this one.

My inspections by Mr. Stocks was great! I had my initial inspection last week then had a re-inspection of the repairs the seller made a few days ago. Mr. Stocks had no problem answering my questions and he is very professional. He is also very knowledgeable and has all of the right tools/technology to supplement his knowledge. Mr. Stocks was able to detect a gas leak in the basement as well as moisture getting into one of the walls (among of other items, both minor and major). Both of my inspections were at 10am and I received my very thorough report (with both pictures and videos) later that evening. Mr. Stocks has eased my anxiety of purchasing an older home (built in 1930) as I feel confident that he identified the necessary items that need to be detected prior to purchase.
