His report included explanations, pictures and when necessary, diagrams. Me and my partner are not very handy and he did a really good job of walking us through what all the issues were, how major or minor they were and how much they would cost us. He also detailed a schedule we should follow for small preventative maintenance items. I am very satisfied with this company and with the home inspection I received from Wayne, five stars for sure!

We worked with Scott and he was extremely knowledgeable and educated us (in an easy-to-understand way) on what things he was seeing at the house, the urgency that it needed to be fixed, and how it could be fixed. He answered all of our questions and did a very thorough inspection of the whole house. With a home inspection, you don’t want to skimp on quality and Structure Tech did an excellent job.
