He was quick to communicate by phone when we reached out via his website. He has various InterNACHI certifications. And, he offered a fair price for all the tests we wanted done compared to other inspectors in Salt Lake City. His inspection was thorough and he discovered issues the previous home owner never found. His report was comprehensive, including plenty of photographs, and a list of recommendations labeled by severity. He explained what he does and how the tests we wanted work. We went with a home inspection plus a radon test and a mold test. He is very knowledgeable and happily answered any questions we had. He told us what highest concerns in regards to the home were and why. He explained his findings and why what he found was a concern. When it comes to the results of his inspection he shows you in person the problems. He also sends a link to the full inspection report to your e-mail. Each concern/problem had a photo or multiple photos. Beneath each photo was a description of what was wrong. He also had three categories of severity depending on the issue. Overall 10/10 recommended! If you aren’t sure who to go with go with this company! They have great prices too!
