Kevin did a very thorough inspection and spent time with me going over some of the preliminary findings and answering all my questions. The report he submitted was very thorough and contained far more information and findings than I had expected. Highly recommend.
He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The home disclosure stated the roof was redone 8 years ago, but through Kevin’s inspection we found that it actually needed to be fully replaced.
