This guy was doing great on the inspection until he pointed his heat imaging camera at my agent. “White hot” he said with a smirk. She had to walk around the corner to make him stop. I’ve known her since we were kids, I really wish I had done something then. Instead I sent him a private email on the issue, telling him in this day and age, people go down for less. His reply? “Thanks for the feedback. My bad!” No apology to her, no sign of remorse. Total creep, stay away.
