John did a great job. We were present for our inspection, which we know is not common, but we wanted to know and see everything about the house. He was thorough, described every detail and answered every question we had. Even when our realtor came and was asking different questions, John backed us up and said exactly what he saw and what he would suggest from either the seller or the buyer. He found things we would have never thought of looking for.
Adorable and very professional. Scott found and identified every issue, big or small, and then walked us through his findings in great detail. I now feel like I know this house better than my own mother. 🙂
I was impressed with the attention to detail, clear explanations, and pictures for a visual reference to what was being addressed. My questions were answered professionally and clearly.
