You expect a certain level of honor and professionalism when having someone walk through your new home and point out things that could be cause for concern later. Furthermore, having the inspector point out items that would prevent us from closing is a given and when these items aren’t pointed out by an inspector, well then the value of said inspector decreases to zero. In our case, Steve forgot to check the roof during the inspection and we incurred @3k of costs on a house thats 15 mos old. Steve ended up having to pay this out of his pocket due to his mistake.

Steve was a very good inspector , in our report he not only made suggestions but gave us recommendations as to who I can call for the other inspections needed , he is very detailed , emailed and mailed our report , I would recommend Steve to anyone buying a home
