We called T-Rex Inspections and were able to get an appointment that very week! Terry Johnson ( the owner) was very kind and professional. As a family man, he was really looking out for our best interest. The report, while detailed, was easy to understand and when we had questions about certain things, he helped us out. Our first home will need renovations in the future and my wife and I will be using T-Rex Inspections again.
Very thorough! Inspected every part from top to bottom! Also one if the most decent priced inspectors in the Wisconsin area that I have dealt with. My clients and I were very pleased with his work! We had the inspection report the same day so nothing was delayed! Thanks to him my clients will be comfortable and secure in their new home!
