I have had several houses inspected in my life, and by far Ted was the most thorough. He educated as he explored, explaining in plain language each aspect of the home, the function and condition of the mechanics for the well, heating, plumbing, electric; what needed repair or maintenance; what was operating, but at the end of its rated life, and much more. His report was clear, full of pictures with circles and arrows, instructive and fair. He advised that the house was in fine shape, but if it weren’t, I’m sure he would have carefully explained why to not buy it.
