Tallgrass Home Inspectors
Research has shown a strong connection between poor housing conditions and health problems, such as asthma, lung cancer, lead poisoning, and other injuries. Children in general, but especially those living in low income and rural areas.
These areas are more vulnerable to such health issues than adults. Because kids eat drink and breathe more than adults do in proportion to their body weight, they are at risk for both acute and long-term illnesses. Children are smaller, their organ systems are still developing, and their playing and learning behaviors expose them to additional environmental threats.
. It was an incredibly cold and snowy day and we were on a time crunch to get moving and our inspector did a great job listening to our concerns and plans for the new home and then doing a very thorough inspection. He did a mobile home inspection and it took him 4 hours to do it. Very reasonably priced too. Couldn’t have been happier with how much he invested in our home’s inspection and getting us ready to be new home owners.
Tall grass got back to our inquiry the same day and even booked an appointment for the following day. Patrick Butler came out and really went above and beyond to make sure all our concerns were address on items we wanted investigated. When the report came in he not only forwarded it to me but called to discuss. On top of that he provided information that wasn’t even part of the service we paid for just as a courtesy. I highly highly recommend this company!
Patrick did a home inspection for us on a home we are under contract on. He was very thorough and took time to truly do an inspection. He even took time while working to explain to me the problems that he saw, and what it might take to fix it.
