The amount of detail in the report was beyond my expectations. Home inspections use an HTML report format that allows for photos and videos of the inspection along with recommendations. They also offer a home owner inspection book that allows for keeping tracking of any improvement or repairs done in the future and has tons of tips and recommendations.
As a 1st time home buyer, I was very appreciative of Carlo’s thoroughness and honesty with my home inspection!! I had many questions, which he was more than happy to answer and also provided many examples to ensure my understanding and clarity. He extended his expertise and assistance beyond just the home inspection which is very reassuring! You can tell that he cares about his customers and wants to be as helpful as possible! Highly recommend.
He was very thorough and easy to work with. He communicated well and followed up. His report was very detailed and easy to understand. The home walk through was nice for addressing issues. Would definitely recommend him 100%!!
