I highly recommend Target Home Inspections for your home inspection. I have used them four times and have found their service to be prompt, highly professional, as well as accurate. On one inspection, a structural issue was found which would have needed a structural engineer to fully inspect and recommend repairs. I walked away from that home, and I am really glad I had the home inspection detailing the issue before I got into a huge problem. The inspection reports are delivered with full pictures and descriptions. I especially like being able to go along with the inspector pointing out the issues and getting to know the house for myself. It really helps. If you need a home inspection call Target to get the job done. I am very satisfied with their inspections. Their professional courteous service is something I really depend on, and I had the inspection reports usually before the close of business the same day. No more chasing around inspectors trying to get your reports. It is great having such professional service in this industry.

Tim came to inspect my new home and did a great job! He found old oil lines in the crawl space and it ended up with us finding a 550gallon oil tank buried in the yard that the current homeowners didn’t know about. Saved me thousands and a future headache.

I have used Target inspections multiple times and have had the pleasure of having Tim as the inspector. He is always punctual and extremely thorough with his inspection and with the report, which comes back through email the same day, which is always appreciated. Once the inspection is done you know that there will be no further suprises with the property. It’s nice walking through the property with him and being able to ask any questions and figuring out any possible issues. Great honest guy and great service. I will use them for all my future investment properties and recommend them to my family and friends.
