Manny is awesome. Called him and beat every quote I had gotten. Also scheduled me within a few days on short notice. This is the place you call for good rates and solid customer service!
We had Manual Inspect our home when we bought it and he was fair and very helpful. If you need a reasonable and fair inspector I highly recommend him. He makes sure everything is perfect for you in the house or if you need something fixed he will either help you or let you know what needs to be done.
He did a complete inspection. He knew the neighborhood and builder. I was very happy with the report. It’s easy to read and clearly explained what needed to be addressed. I’d recommend Manny.
